What are the check-in hours?

You can check-in at NOLIA Boutique Hotel between 03 pm and 10 pm. If you wish to check-in earlier, please contact the Reception team. This service is available upon request, upon availability and at no additional cost.

What is the check-out time?

Generally, check-out time is until 11 am. However, upon availability you may extend it for an additional hour, and at no additional cost. If you wish, you may postpone your check-out time until 4 pm, subject to availability and associated fee.

For either situation, you should contact the reception in advance

What payment methods are available?

The payment methods available at NOLIA Boutique Hotel são: Numerário, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Transferência bancária e MBWAY.

Is it possible to pay at check-out?

The payment has to be made at the time of booking or during Check-in.

Como posso modificar ou cancelar a minha reserva?

Os pedidos de cancelamento e alterações (sujeitas a disponibilidade) das reservas flexíveis deverão ser feitos por escrito para o email reservations@noliaboutiquehotel.pt com a respetiva data e hora. Se este pedido for efetuado até 72 horas antes da data de chegada não será cobrada qualquer penalidade.

What is the Tourist Tax? Is it included in the value of my reservation?

A cidade do Porto cobra a Taxa Municipal Turística no valor de 3 euros por pessoa. Este valor não está incluído nos preços comunicados nem no valor total da sua reserva. Esta taxa será cobrada diretamente ao hóspede no hotel. O valor da taxa é de 3 euros por pessoa  (com idade igual ou superior a 13 anos) e por noite, num máximo de 7 noites.

Can I request a room adapted for disabled people?

O NOLIA Boutique Hotel has a room prepared to receive Guests with reduced mobility, therefore the reservation is subject to availability

What are the reception's opening hours?

A receção funciona 24h.

Can I keep my luggage in the hotel?

O NOLIA Boutique Hotel keeps your luggage free of charge a few hours before check-in and after check-out. If you wish to leave your luggage with us for a longer period, there will be an additional charge of 5 euros per day and per suitcase.

O NOLIA Boutique disponibiliza acesso à Internet?

Yes. O NOLIA provides free Wi-Fi internet access in the common areas, rooms and studios.

Is smoking allowed?

O NOLIA Boutique Hotel has a no smoking policy, thus smoking is expressly forbidden in the rooms/studios or in any other indoor area. Smoking is only allowed in the common outdoor area (patio).

Do you offer activities at the Hotel?

O NOLIA Boutique Hotel offers wine tastings on its premises, on request and at an additional cost.

If you wish to do City Tours you must contact the reception team to schedule them with our partners.

Does the hotel provide parking?

O NOLIA Boutique Hotel does not have a parking lot, so if you wish, Guests must park their vehicles in places and/or parking lots adjacent to the Hotel.

Do you have a transfer service??

O NOLIA Boutique Hotel reserves its transfer upon request and at an additional cost.

Does the Hotel offer a laundry service?

O NOLIA does not have a laundry service for the Guests. Please go to the reception for recommendations.

What about noise, does the hotel have an established standard?

It is expected that the environment at NOLIA sea tranquilo durante todo el día. No obstante, y establecido por ley, el período de descanso es de 22:00 a 08:00 horas (Reglamento General de Ruidos – RGR – Artículo 24. Decreto-Ley N° 9/2007).

Do you allow visits from non-Guests?

We only allow quick visits to the rooms by third parties, to help with bags or to show the place.

We do allow longer visits in common areas, to have a drink.

At what time is the breakfast served?

The breakfast at NOLIA Boutique Hotel é servido em formato buffet entre as 07h30 e as 10h30.

Does breakfast cost anything?

Não. O Pequeno-Almoço está incluído na tarifa do alojamento.

What should I do if I want to have breakfast before the Cafeteria opening time, due to early Check-out?

If you are staying in a studio, you may receive your Breakfast, previously hired, and it will be delivered (service at no additional cost) in your accommodation until midnight of the previous day.

Qual a política que abrange as crianças no NOLIA Boutique Hotel?

Children up to the age of 3 can stay in a room or studio shared with their parents free of charge, subject to prior information and booking confirmation. For this purpose, a crib is available upon request and availability

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

Which amenities are available?

Nos quartos tem ao seu dispor cápsulas de café, chá, açúcar e adoçante em saquetas, chinelos de quartos, touca, shampoo e condicionador, gel de banho, sabonete, loção corporal, saco higiénico, lenços faciais, discos de algodão e cotonetes, garrafa de água e copos. Existe ainda kit dental disponível a pedido na receção.

How does the Lost and Found work?

Após a partida, qualquer item esquecido na habitação é guardado no hotel durante 1 ano. Caso tenha deixado algum bem pessoal no hotel, por favor contacte a nossa Equipa através do email info@noliaboutiquehotel.pt.

There is an additional cost for the item to be sent at the Guest's expense.
